We have decimated kids batch on Saturday and Sunday. Understanding the hectic schedule that kids follow these days weekend is the best time to energise and rejuvenate them. This is an injury free session focusing more on building strength, agility and focus in young kids above 5 years of age. The routines will not only build a great core for the kids but also setup a foundation of their future personalities. Kids will get fit enough to pursue any sport of their choice in future.
